Zucchini with Vinegar and Garlic Bram

Ingredients

  • Cook lesan el asfour in olive oil, and stir well until it is golden.
  • Remove lesan el asfour with the spoon and then set aside, and in the same way stir the meat until it becomes golden color.
  • Add onion and garlic, then tomato and stir well.
  • Add the tomato paste, peas, and spices, and then pour the mixture into the oven.
  • Add lesan el asfour and then the broth.
  • Bake all in a medium heat oven until lesan el asfour is cooked.
  • Add the parsley and stir the mixture with the fork and then provide the bram with the salads.

Steps

  1. Cut the zucchini into even rings and then set aside.
  2. Cook the meat with olive oil in a large pan, then add the garlic and stir all well.
  3. Add the sauce and spices then stir the mixture quickly, and cool with cold vinegar.
  4. Add the tomato juice and leave to boil all on fire.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the oven, then add the zucchini and the broth and stir the bram to ensure that the fluid descends to the bottom.
  6. Bram is baked in medium heat oven for 30 minutes until it takes the golden color and then served with white rice.
