Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
- 1 onion - minced
- 200 grams minced meat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 large tomato - minced
- 1 can fava beans (Lebanese flavor)
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 eggs
Steps
- Cook onions in olive oil in a pan until it turns golden.
- Add minced meat and toss with the onions.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and cumin and stir all.
- Add the fava beans, then the peppers and stir the ingredients for several minutes.
- Pour the ingredients in the oven bram then break 3 eggs on the top.
- Put the bram in a hot oven and leave it until the eggs are cooked.
