Chili Okra with Minced Meat Bram

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo minced meat
  • 1/2 kilo okra cut into small rings
  • 1 large onion – minced
  • 4 garlic cloves - minced
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tomatoes – minced
  • 3 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups hot broth

Steps

  1. Cook onions with olive oil in a pan on the fire.
  2. Add the meat and garlic and stir well.
  3. Add the okra and lemon juice and mix with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the coriander leaves, minced tomatoes, tomato paste and chili paste, then stir.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking bram and then pour the hot broth on it.
  6. The bam is baked in a hot oven for one hour on low heat and then served with white rice.
