Cauliflower, Chickpeas, and Meat Bram

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of very small meat
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 1 large onion – minced
  • 2 garlic cloves – minced
  • 3 tomatoes – grated
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cup of boiled chickpeas
  • 1 Cauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Hot water according to the need

Steps

  1. Cook the meat with olive oil, add onions and season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  2. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and chickpeas.
  3. Add cauliflower and parsley.
  4. Pour all in the oven bram then pour hot water over it.
  5. Bake in a hot oven until the broccoli and meat are cooked.
  6. Add garlic, coriander, dill, and parsley and stir well.
  7. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and chickpeas.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, pour the mixture into the oven bram and bake for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
