Black- Eyed Peas with Meatballs Bram

Ingredients

  • 500 grams minced meat
  • 1 cup boiled black-eyed peas
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 1 medium size onion - minced
  • 3 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 1/4 cup coriander + parsley – minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups meat broth

Steps

  1. Shape the minced meat into circles equal to the size of the apricot.
  2. Cook onions in olive oil, then add garlic.
  3. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika
  4. Add the tomato paste and greens and stir well.
  5. Add the black-eyed peas and then pour all in the oven bram.
  6. Place the meatballs in the bram, then pour the broth on it.
  7. Bake in a hot oven for an hour and a half.
