Beans with Chili Paste and Meat Bram

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wadi Food fava beans
  • 300 g cut meat
  • 1 medium onion – minced
  • 1 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves – minced
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 1 large tomato - minced
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp sesame paste

Steps

  1. Cook onions with olive oil in a pan on the fire.
  2. Add the garlic, then the meat and stir well.
  3. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and chili paste, and season with salt and spices.
  4. Remove the mixture from the fire and add the fava beans and parsley and stir.
  5. Pour the mixture into the oven bram, then bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
